guys, i got it :)

it was permissions issues, but they were all set
and in the upgrade to cfmx, they all changed, anyway
its all good, i had the right admin password it just
was the windows authentication shite that was
the over all problem!

anyway, its all good now, www.navtrak.net/index.cfm

my new site in CFMX, rocking and rolling baby!!!

Tony,

You have a permission problem.  Tell us your platform and web server
(IIS
and Win2k?).  You will need to check permissions on:

files (web root files, cfusionmx files etc),
Services - particularly CF services.
IIS permissions - ensure that anonymous access is enabled for each
directory
that is appropriate.

More information might be helpful.

please someone help....i have installed cfmx on a machine that was cf5
and perfect.
now, when users try to get to some pages, submitting forms, etc....an
windows
login/password box is popping up, nothing is required to get past it,
but its still popping
up....HELP!!!!!!!!!
