Well, we're in the process of implementing Apache 1.3.27 which was just 
released to address security issues. It seems that security issues 
*are* being addressed in the 1.3 code base. More security problems have 
been found (and mostly fixed) in the 2.0 code base - another indication 
that 2.0.x is not as stable as 1.3.x.
