Nope, both these machines are pukka. The only application they BSOD with is JEdit. Everytime.

There are some problems on MacOSX with JDK 1.4.x but that's because Apple hasn't finished up their Java 1.4.x implementation - still a preview release. Haven't put 1.4.x on Linux yet, but it's running fine for me under Windows.
