Does anyone know of a prewritten application that handles incoming email?
Before I go creating something on my own I wanted to see if anyone had an application already written. We have close to 20 email accounts that serve customer support in diferent ways and as employees change we are finding that some of those accounts go unchecked. I need an application that can receive these emails and dump them into a database that I can then incorporate with our intranet. If the emails go unanswered I would like a higher-up to be notified.
