Last year I decided to charge more than my auto mechanic charges me, and 
for ColdFusion I now charge $90/hour ($1 more than my mechanic :)

Someone on this list, or perhaps the FuseBox list, said their rule of thumb 
was that you should charge $15/hour for every $10,000 you wanted to make 
each year.
