yes sometimes a RTFM is apt. I've always wondered if every mail that came to cf-talk was indexed (removing stop words) and when a message was sent to the list a auto-responder would search the archive and reply to the sender, with most likely mail threads and CF documentation, how well it would work. What % of questions would it answer you think?
