We haven't had any problems yet, although NTBugTraq reports that some people
are having general OS problems ("BSOD" stop errors) after applying the
patch. I think a better long-term solution is to disable WebDAV unless
you're actually using it; the MS Technet page provides instructions for how
to do that.
