Ah, OK. Then it's not a "pop-up". The Flash ad is already embedded in the page and uses transparent mode to appear 'over' the HTML. I hadn't thought they were very common. Yahoo! is about the only place I've seen them and the browser detection on Yahoo! only served those types of ads for IE last I checked.
