I can't remember the name of it offhand, but there's a technical website that I find 
in google searches fairly frequently that displays these sorts of adds. I believe 
they're usually html, but I know I've seen at least one of them done with Flash. It's 
probably doable with the dhtml / css in Netscape and possibly in Moz. ... I know it 
wouldn't work in Opera thanks to the lack of DOM support, although my understanding is 
that later versions of Opera will change that. I suspect there will be lots of (mostly 
failed) attempts at much more complex "popup" blockers as time passes.
