I know the situation you are in sucks, but no need to whine so loudly and publicly.

It does seem like you are incredibly unlucky, but from everything I can tell, you are 
not the norm (any more). Most people are not having this much trouble, or if they are, 
are being incredibly secretive about the whole thing.

If you can't get the place you are hosting with to solve their configuration issues, 
SWITCH HOSTS. People do it every day. There are quite a few hosting services that have 
CFMX working just fine, thank you very much. As Apple says - "Switch".

Then you can get paid.

And we can get back to important issues like whether Microsoft is going to buy...never 
mind.
