Ray, when I was experiencing the problem with your blog, the error happened consistently every time. I tried refreshing the form POST numerous times and it errored every time. I probably refreshed 5 times immediately, and then left the window open and refreshed it around 5 more times over the next hour or so. That seems like it's WAY to consistent to be a sporadic issue from caching.
