I have a problem with two client sites and I don't know what's causing it
..... I can see the sites from my browser, from both IE and NN, yet my
client says he can't. He says he gets "Page cannot be displayed" errors.
I've looked at the dns entries, and there doesn't appear to be anything
wrong, I've coached him on forcing a refresh with CTRL-Refresh etc, but he
insists he can't get the sites to display.

I have had several people look at the urls in widely dispersed geographic
locations. Some can see the sites, some get errors instead.

I delegated the sites just over 2 weeks ago, so the problem isn't the delay
in propagating the dns servers around the net. The people I asked to look
at the site haven't ever heard of these sites before, so the problem isn't
to do with caching (at least in their own machines anyway).

The server is Win2K using IIs. I have checked the dns in our system and as
far as I can see it's ok. The sites concerned are delegated to
dns1.afpwebworks.com. There is also another dns pointing to the same ip,
but my sysadmin tells me that's ok - he's set it up for that. Is he right?
How could I tell?

This situation has existed for several days now.

How can this be - a site is visible from some locations but not others?

The sites are:

http://leverage.com.au

http://www.leverage.com.au

http://procuretech.net.au

http://www.procuretech.net.au

(i.e checking them with and without the "www")

I'd be most grateful for your help.

Cheers,
