I can't see any of those sites from here (Victoria, BC Canada).

I've seen this before, but usually it's just temporary (as in a temp
connectivity issue between client and server).

I guess the first order of things is to get the clients to try and ping the
server....mabye run a trace route and see what that tells ya.
