There really isn't an issue anymore with any of the search engines indexing dynamic sites. Once google started doing it every other search engine had to do it or be forced out of business. The only reason I could even imagine for you to have SES urls is for user friendlieness, and with that you may want to look into something different than using Fusebox with SES urls. I mean think about it, instead of index.cfm?fuseaction=start.start you now have index.cfm/fuseaction/start/start, still long, doesn't really look to friendly.
