AFAIK, Google only indexes dynamic pages that are linked to from a static
page (i.e. not necessarily a flat HTML page, but one without a query
string). I guess this is to prevent bots getting trapped in dynamic page loops.

I'm not sure the gateway/listing pages get round this, or if Google has
changed since I last looked, but it was why we shifted to "SES" URLs in the
end.
