I'm giving a presentation tomorrow and I would like to highlight trends relating to
1). cost of ownership for static vs. dynamic websites
2). number small to midsized businesses that deploy static vs dynamic websites
3). conversion rate for businesses switching from static to dynamic websites.
Is anyone aware of any reports, studies, or websites that attempt to answer these questions?
