This article is basically saying "dynamic is not for everyone and not the
best solution to every problem". However, the same thing could be said of
static pages.

When information changes very often, like every minute or less, dynamic
systems are far better bet. Sure, for something like "About Us" or "Privacy"
pages static content is the way to go.

  job of explaining the logic behind NOT doing dynamic page delivery.
  I've used it before to knock down local IT guys who are in love with the
  dynamic delivery idea.
