unicode and using resouce bundles will work fine for my purpose.Could you
pleae give some clear picture how to go about with resource bundles to
implement on this develoment on the multilingual site.Also could you give me
more information on the charecter encoding part.Right now we are planning to
go about only with some European languages.Please do give more information

read the blog articles i previously pointed out. in this month's CFDJ ray
camden has a nice, clear article using a CFC that he & i developed in making
his blog s/w i18n. as far as encoding goes, it doesn't really matter which
languages you start with, just use unicode all the way through your
application. you won't have to worry about encoding ever again.
