european language / english sites. I think you can also do Arabic on CF5, but not 100%
For chinese, you'll need CFMX tho' and a utf-8 compatible DB driver. Our latest
project uses chinese.
Non supported locales you can get around in CF5, you just have to work a little
harder. Anyway, some browsers, can't remember exactly which, get confused by the euro
entity, so if it's a European audience, the euro symbol can be a little problematic -
which implies working around the locale for currency in any case.
