I get emails 60 and 30 days before a domain expires. I also get a list of
them when I login into the control panel.
You should talk with ICANN about your domain.

Enom ate one of my domain: www.barneyboisvert.com never bothered to notify
me of impending expiration, never answered inquiries about it, never pushed
it back to the registration pool. Tried for about 3 months, and then just
gave up and got a different one. Far as I know, it's still floating in
registrar limbo.
