Dynamic... However it has only changed once in two and a half years during
the big "hurricane" here in Maryland when our power was out for 4 days. I
reboot the servers here in my apartment about once a week, and my desktop
now and then. The router and cable modem are never off unless the power goes
off, but again none of this has affected my IP. I hear of people getting new
Ips everytime they reboot; this is not the case here with me though.
