Well, with DNS inside your cable modem, it will quit working whenever the IP
changes.  That is the reason I suggesting setting up DNS outside of the modem.
DynDNs does it for free (up to 5 domains) and will correctly point to your web
server even when the IP changes.

If you have a MSDN subscription, why not set up Win2003 Enterprise?  It has a
built-in firewall.
