If JRun3.0 does the same for JSP and has some nifty calls to CF imbedded
via some proprietary tags (and vice versa) that can compete with
VisualBasic8 for Web Development, then there is hope. Otherwise,
VisualBasic8 and ASP+ will have a distinct advantage.

I agree that the interfaces for SMTP, POP, HTTP, etc. need a lot of
work. As
for other stuff, I'm kind of curious. What basic functionality would you
like to see? I can't really think of all that much that I'd like to see
added.
As for the change to Java, I generally see that as a good thing, if
executed
properly.
