I have been working at my current employers (a reputable real estate agency) in Sydney for just over a year now.
When I joined we were operating on 4.5 (still are) although the creap of MX is moving upon us and with any luck we might make the enourmous jump over the quiet period this christmas. Its going to involve a lot of code checking and testing, but we really have to do it just to drag the company into 2005 as we cant stay on 4.5 forever - although it works 6.1 has some awesome features and we are stretching the ,limit of 4.5 everyday. When I joined there was serious talk of moving to .net - trouble is the planning and development of such a project in our organisation would never get the go ahead from management. Now I read this thread and I happen to agree with you that MM dont seem to be supporting any development in Australia. Compared to the UK its almost non existent.
