Straight off from what you listed...a Heap Size of 1.5GB and only having 2GB RAM is an issue.....the JVM will indeed freak if it needs more and remember the OS also needs RAM to operate! I would decrease the level of Heap Available.....also send us the JVM Arguments you are using in case you have modified from normal settings.
