That's very circular reasoning: because some ISPs doing something badly then I 
can defend other ISPs doing something else badly?

I'm also not questioning an ISPs right to refuse service to anybody that they 
wish.  However I would not use an ISP that didn't allow me to use Linux or one 
that didn't allow me to use IE.

My point is that it would be nice if FireFox were able to convince "the masses" 
to use it for reasons important to them rather than be forced to use it for 
reasons opaque to them.
