I recently signed up for a VPS solution from CFXhosting - my own Virtual server, terminal services access into the server, own CF instance - access to a shared SQL server and email servers. It's $189 per month but you can host up to 25 clients in that so 25 clients paying say $15 per month easily covers your monthly cost....plus they worry about hardware/firewalls etc
