Russ, all three editors are cross platform. I use all three on Windows and OSX, using IE and FireFox. I don't think any of them work in Safari, but who uses that? ;)
Adam, I haven't developed with FCKEditor, only used it as a "user". However, I've mostly heard good things about it. The other two I do actively use in projects I develop, and they're pretty slick.
