yes i recall. so let's get started on the next goal, having you guys use the CLDR (http://www.unicode.org/cldr) for the next cf release. the CLDR has 232 locales (and another 60 in the pipeline). plus right now some of the core java locale stuff is a bit "soggy & hard to light" (for instance, the arabic locales in core java don't use arabic-indic digits in any formatting, plus a bunch of other nit-picky things in other locales as well). the easiest way is for cf to start using icu4j (which now rides the CLDR for all it's worth) for it's i18n stuff. besides the CLDR we can also get non-Gregorian calendars, locale-specific collation (enhancement #55699), and all the other i18n goodies icu4j has to offer. you can vote for enhancement #57479. vote early, vote often ;-) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Logware (www.logware.us): a new and convenient web-based time tracking application.
