ok...so i'm not the king of analogies :) but on a lesser scale, ignoring the death and destruction for a moment...if i don't know certain things about being a car owner, my car will break down. i think that's more appropriate to use as the analogy.
shouldn't somebody who makes the -choice- to be an Internet (or just web) user bear some obligation to become aware of some of the responsbilities involved in doing so?
