In CF6 (including 6.1) it wasn't using the 'reset' attribute that
stopped the extra META tag, it was just having a CFCONTENT tag at all,
no matter what it did.  But that's gone in CF7, so if you're doing XML
generation, you have to have a non-devnet edition to test on.
