It seems they are the only ones having the problem (and they are clearly trying to blame Macromedia). I'm glad I left them about 3 years ago. No hard feelings (because it wasn't that bad), but I couldn't take the lack of transparency when dealing with problems. In other words, when everything works fine, Crystaltech is a joy to work with, but when there are bumps on the road, Mr Jekyll takes over...
