I've worked with a bunch of CF hosts over the years. I just got a new
client who wanted to move his site to a different host.

I had heard so much good stuff from members of our CFUG about
HostMySite that I convinced him to let me move his site there.

So far I have been very impressed with HostMySite, so much so that I
am thinking of moving some other sites there.

You should be able to call tech support with a problem and just have
it fixed. But my experience with other hosting companies is that it
often takes 2-3 phone calls, but so far that hasn't been the case with
HostMySite. One of the techs told me that when you hire in there they
won't let you on the phones until you've completed 90 days of
training.
