I'm glad you are resolving the issues :) And apparently I missed a lot of the posts, cause I sure hadn't seen a lot of the things you responded too. Patrick you have done a good job coming back and fixing the issues, I think maybe you should have a customer support specialist handle incoming comments though because the developers really handled it wrong. But again thankful that you got the emails.
My comment on the stats was basically that off course the ff stats will be low when they couldn't even load the page, so either they aren't properly being represented or it has forced ppl to go back in with the bad browser (ie). There are ppl on here that can attest that ff is really being seen on their logs and I'd assume they will now on yours as well. If you guys are planning on using so much js, would it be a viable suggestion that maybe you head in a more JSP direction so it's not so "browser sensitive"? I would also suggest that when the new site is being made that it is modeled for compliant browsers first then add the necessary tweaks for IE, seems to make things a lot easier :) dave ---------------------------------------- From: "Patrick D.
