Can we discuss a few alternatives? Approach 1: Can ColdFusion Web Server do all the work with the support of VoiceXML Approach 2: ColdFusion Server extracts the data converts to an VoiceXML packet and sends it to a server that has some sort of broadcast telephone messaging system.
