But seriously...come on, Ben, fess up...if I were considering publishing books (certainly not on CF...I'm still on 4.5.2 :o), why wouldn't I want to opt to choose the digital route? I've heard anything more than, "It brings more income to the lecture circuit" and "It's better for the reputation."
No sufficient reasons have been brought forward to not go the digital route. What are the "behind the scenes" reasons?
