Connie IS right though. Only she uses the utopian "should", as in "no one SHOULD have to deal..." Sort of like saying no one should have to be scared to send their kids to school, or no one should have to worry about whether or not their hockey bag will get stolen from their car on a Monday afternoon (grrrrr).
In the end, you have to go with practicality, like you do have to worry about getting bad service on low-cost services/products. You do have to worry about whether your kid will be safe at school and you absolutely and certainly do have to worry about getting your hockey bag stolen out of your car on a Monday afternoon (grrrr)!
