Well - they've been ignored, but several people have posted with positive results. I've hosted several sites with CT for several years with none of the problems mentioned here. I'm also not a very easy customer to work with. I can honestly say that on several occasions they've spent more time than they needed to, worked harder than the money we paid them warranted and gone the extra mile. I'm not saying that these people haven't had problems, but their problems do not paint a picture of the entire company or everybody's experience with them.
