Perhaps - but it's a good deal since if I remember correctly Macromedia acquired FutureSplash (which it renamed "Flash") for something like 10 million (or less). That's a pretty good mark up. ;^) So this will be the third company to own Flash... the third to own ColdFusion... the fourth to own Homesite...
