Just a few questions....
I am using SQL on a shared hosting environment....and they say that under no
circumstances can we have access to the Enterprise manager...no matter how
locked down it is.
Is this a common practice?
Do people have access to this with hosters offering SQL Server?

Also....you mentioned upsizing access databases to SQL Server....

what is the best way of doing it?  You said you have had good success...
