Check out CFXHosting. I don't know about Enterprise Manager, but you
supposedly have Access to CF Administrator and all tags and the CEO
says if you want it, you'll get it, or your money back. :)

Hi Chad. I'm very wet behind the ears when it comes to SQL Server. I
just purchased my own server a few months ago and am still a little
too tight to afford SQL Server and a separate box for it. So for now,
I just installed MSDE. I've got a couple apps that are a little too
busy to rely on Access, plus I recently swore off session variables
so I created the Client Storage database in MSDE. Basically, it's a
piece of cake. Just choose Tools-Database Utilities-Upsizing Wizard.
Choose to create a New SQL Server database and go from there. It will
ask you a few questions and you're done. Then you can make changes to
the structure, add records, etc., through the .ADP file that's
created. Of course, I don't know what good it would do you if you
don't have physical access to the remote server.
Note, that although you can install an upsizing wizard the use with
Access 97, it was nowhere near as clean as the one that comes with
2000.
