There are several feed types, and in the first minor update of BF4.0, I'll be adding the RSS comments tagging. (I wasn't happy with the way it was working for the 4.0 release - still trying to get a clear picture on how it's "supposed" to work ... something that doesn't seem to be as clearly defined as it should).
That said, I've also made it very very simple to add/modify RSS feed types and outputs. If you wanted to add a new feed type in, or wanted to add modules into the basic RSS feed, it's pretty simple to do.
