Mine only supports RSS 1.0, but Steven Erat blogged about how he
modded his to use RSS 2.0. I have another project, RSS.cfc, available
from my homepage, where I'm working on the ability to generate various
types of feeds (the code already parses well). When that is done, I'll
roll it into BlogCFC so folks can generate whatever type of feed they
want.
