Nah...I've seen true "Holy Wars" on this list...this has been a civil, informative exchange.
I'm seeing that a combination of CSS for design and tables for data may be a good way to proceed in further development... I'll have to start some experimenting. Rick, Are you asking us how to pound in a nail without using a hammer? I see from the numerous responses that I've missed a holy war. Tables are for tabular data. There is no better way to display tabular data than using a table. Even a CSS guru will tell you that. Alternatively, you could use a flash datagrid ;) Rick ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Discover CFTicket - The leading ColdFusion Help Desk and Trouble Ticket application http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=48 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:4:217819 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/4 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:4 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.4 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
