Galleon gets my thumbs up as well. I agree with joe, that having a robust, tested foundation to build upon is very beneficial.

It may not have all of the features someone could want, but it makes up for that by providing an excellent foundation on which to build those features. In a professional environment where I may need to add forum capabilities, I wouldn't want something with PMs, emoticons, avatars, etc. Galleon gives me a product that is guaranteed to not be *more* than I need (which is often worse than having less than you need!), tested, and pretty secure (I've tried to break into it using the same techniques I've used to exploit other message boards to no avail).
