Robert and Dave, Mozilla has a guide for enterprise deployment (including companies >10,000): http://wiki.mozilla.org/Firefox:2.0_Institutional_Deployment They list a few 3rd party apps that allow you to mass deploy Firefox, lock down options, install extensions, etc. The biggest downside appears to be that a lot of this is not Mozilla approved. But heck, it's an open source product.
