You haven't found a compelling reason to upgrade? Have you looked yet?
There are many reasons, most of all your clients deserve it, it's their lively 
hood and you should keep your tools up-2-date, after all would you take your 
car new car to a mechanic that uses an 8 year old diagnostic computer on your 
new car?
