Terry,

I suspect you will need the cooperation of the hosting company. You can
create a page with a Javascript redirect - but the hosting company will have
to set it up in IIS for you.

Subject: OT 404 Redirect

I just inherited a 100% static html site and would like to know what I can
do to redirect any users who get a 404 error to the new homepage or
Preferrably the same page with a cfm extension rather then the html one.

The site is on IIS running CF 6.1 and I am on a hosted environment with no
access to cfadmin or IIS administration.
I am trying to do this in the middle of the night in order to not interrupt
any users and hope to avoid for all the trouble ticket back and forth
rigamarole by doing it myself

Any positive help would be greatly appreciated.

Terry Troxel
