Its not. They offer dedicated servers. You'll need a license to CF or BD 
in order to run CF applications.

If you need a dedicated host that can provide you with that, then you 
should consider Alurium (BD Hosting), CFDynamics, or CFXHosting. Just 
keep in mind that most of these will charge you for the CFMX or BD 
license if you need one.

I went with iWeb.ca because of their support and reliability. Being a 
member of the BlueDragon Alliance, I have my own copy of BD so I was all 
set.

An option for you would be to choose a host such as iWeb.ca and use the 
free version of BD for you CF needs.
