No. You won't be able to use third-party ISAPI filters, or IIS 6's built-in URL filtering, etc, etc. Neither will the version of IIS (5.1) that you can install on Windows XP. However, a lot of functionality comes out of being able to install CFMX on a J2EE server - the ability to run multiple instances, separate instances by application/context root, cluster instances. The cost of that functionality is increased complexity, which you probably don't need right now, but you might want to check that stuff out later.
